- Custom-Made or Stitched Clothing:
Refunds are not applicable for custom-made or stitched clothing, including ready-made stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouses. However, UTR Technology will accept returns if there is a fault from our end. - Return Timeline:
Returns will not be accepted after 7 days of receiving the shipment. - Discounted Items:
Products purchased during discount sales or special offers are non-returnable and non-refundable. - Damage or Defect Complaints:
Any complaints regarding damage, stains, stitching issues, or other defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. We may request digital images of the issue to review the complaint effectively. - Shipping Costs for Returns:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred while returning products.- Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
- For orders with free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Customs Duties and Taxes:
Customs duties or taxes paid by you at the time of receiving the goods will not be refunded. - Condition of Returned Products:
All returned products must be in their original condition, with tags intact as originally attached to the item. Returns without original tags will not be accepted. - Refund Process:
